1. Nature of the services and your decisions
BullTrading provides trading analysis software, indicators, related content and technical development services. Market analysis, structure alerts, historical reviews and examples support understanding and research. They are not investment advice tailored to your circumstances and do not promise profits, a win rate or any particular trading result.
You decide whether to use a product and how to trade based on your knowledge, plan and capacity for risk. Historical results, backtests, reviews and illustrations do not guarantee future outcomes. Using an analysis indicator does not authorize BullTrading to trade on your behalf or manage your funds.
Whether a product includes automated execution, which platforms it supports and its available features depend on its actual description and the confirmed service scope. Planned, developing or unavailable products must not be treated as ready for purchase or delivery.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate, usable email addresses, TradingView usernames and other necessary information when creating an account or requesting access. Protect your account credentials. Contact support promptly if incorrect information affects activation.
Do not impersonate others, share authentication secrets, bypass access controls, attack systems or use the services unlawfully. Your use of the services and ability to enter a transaction must meet the age, eligibility and other legal requirements applicable to you.
If you notice an unusual sign-in or suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact official support. Account issues will be assessed on their facts; an account incident does not automatically make the user responsible for every resulting issue.
3. Free products and trial access
Free indicator links provided through the website may require registration or sign-in. A free entry does not mean that every product, third-party platform feature or future version is free.
The current BullTrading Market Structure trial lasts 1 day. Support reviews the request and arranges activation. The start and end times depend on the actual access arrangement confirmed by support. Sending a request or message does not itself activate access.
Trial scope, platform requirements and available features follow the relevant product page and activation information. If you cannot find or use the product, contact support to check the account and activation status.
4. Pricing, subscriptions and delivery
Prices, currency, access periods and included benefits follow the product page and the order details confirmed before payment. Before paying, confirm the product, access account, amount, delivery method, start and end dates, and applicable refund conditions. Keep a record of the confirmation.
Website subscriptions are currently activated and renewed manually by official support. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Payment, support acceptance and completed activation are separate steps. Availability begins according to the confirmed activation arrangement.
TradingView or other third-party accounts, subscriptions, market data and associated fees are not included in BullTrading prices unless expressly agreed otherwise. Each platform determines its own features, limits and supported locations.
Contact support in advance about changing the authorized account, coordinating a renewal or making another delivery adjustment. Availability and handling depend on product restrictions and the confirmed agreement.
5. Corrections, cancellation and refunds
Confirm the applicable cancellation and refund conditions with support before payment. Consumer rights provided by applicable law are unaffected.
Contact official support if you encounter duplicate payment, an incorrect amount or product selection, activation that does not follow the confirmed arrangement, or a service that differs from what was agreed. Provide enough order information to verify the issue and redact unrelated payment details.
We will assess the confirmed transaction conditions, actual delivery and use, and applicable law to arrange an appropriate correction, completion of service, cancellation or refund. These provisions do not reduce mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Licensing and intellectual property
A subscription or trial normally provides a right to use the product for the confirmed period, account and scope. It does not transfer ownership of source code, branding or other intellectual property. Free products also remain subject to their descriptions and applicable licences.
Without permission, do not resell or rent access, give others access to restricted products or misuse the BullTrading brand. Copying, republishing, modifying or otherwise using software, documentation and website content must follow the relevant licence. These terms do not improperly restrict actions expressly permitted by applicable law.
You must have the necessary rights to use the materials you supply for development and to authorize their use for the project. Source code delivery, ownership of deliverables, licensing scope and confidentiality for custom work should be defined in a written agreement before the project begins.
7. Custom development and partnerships
A development brief or initial consultation supports discussion. It does not mean that a project has been accepted, a quotation finalized or development started. Scope, feasibility, fees, milestones, acceptance, delivery and maintenance follow the written specification or project agreement confirmed by both parties.
Additional or changed requirements may affect price and timing and should be agreed before implementation. Working code, backtest results and results in live markets are different matters. Delivery of development work does not guarantee a profitable strategy.
Promotion, referral and settlement arrangements follow partnership rules agreed in advance. A website description or a single consultation does not automatically create a commission, exclusive agency or guaranteed earnings commitment.
8. Availability and service changes
Networks, third-party platforms, market data, maintenance and software updates may affect availability or performance. To help investigate a problem, provide the product version, platform and a necessary description of the issue.
We may fix issues, update features or change services offered in the future. We will not retroactively reduce confirmed commitments for a paid service merely by changing website terms. If a change affects fulfilment, we will communicate with affected users and handle the matter under the agreement and applicable law.
We may apply measures proportionate to actual risks arising from account abuse, unlawful use or security issues, with an explanation and a way to address the issue where appropriate. These terms do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. External platforms and personal information
External links provide access to relevant resources or services. Unless expressly stated, they do not mean that BullTrading operates the platform, guarantees its services or makes commitments on its behalf. The relevant platform provides its own registration, trading, pricing and usage rules.
Please read the Privacy Policy for information about accounts, applications, support communications and website usage data. Arrange services only through the official channels listed on the website. Do not send passwords, verification codes or trading API keys in support conversations.
10. Updates and contact
The revision date appears on this page. Significant changes affecting a service already ordered will be handled according to their actual impact, the existing agreement and applicable requirements. Merely browsing the website will not be treated as a waiver of existing rights or acceptance of new charges that have not been clearly confirmed.
