Terms of Service

1. Account and product service information

When you register, sign in or recover a password, your email address and authentication information are processed by Supabase authentication services. The website stores the user identifier, email address, role and creation time needed to identify accounts, manage access and provide account support.

For an indicator trial request, we process the TradingView username, requested date and notes you submit, together with the associated member email address, account identifier and request status. We use this information to review the request, communicate with you and arrange access.

When you contact support about a subscription, renewal or product issue, the product selection, access account, contact details and communications you choose to provide are used to handle that service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery links, trading API keys or sensitive information unrelated to the request.

2. Partnership requests, development drafts and support

Partnership applications include the name or nickname, contact details, cooperation type, experience, channel links, audience and language information you provide. An application submitted while signed in may also include your member identifier and email address. This information is used to evaluate the application and contact you.

The website’s development brief tool creates drafts only in the current page’s memory. Generating, copying or downloading a draft does not automatically submit its contents to BullTrading. We receive the content only when you choose to send it to support or use a feature that actually submits information.

When you reply to a support or application form in the Telegram bot, the bot forwards your message, Telegram name or username, user identifier, reply language and the relevant service topic to the administrator for handling and a response. If you contact us directly through QQ or Telegram, the platform also processes communications under its own rules.

3. Email and service notifications

Account verification, password recovery, welcome messages and application handling may involve email. Sending these messages involves the recipient address, message content and necessary delivery information. The website uses Supabase authentication features and Resend email services to support these processes.

To investigate delivery failures, avoid duplicate notifications and follow up on services, we retain necessary delivery records such as the recipient address, template, subject, sending status, provider message identifier and time. Registration or application information may also be sent to the administrator responsible for handling it.

4. Browser storage and usage analytics

The website uses local and session storage for sign-in sessions, language preferences, product list layouts and information needed to continue to a selected product after registration or password recovery. Some continuation records expire after 30 minutes. Preferences and sign-in information follow their respective functions; this period does not apply to every stored item.

First-party analytics help us understand visits, page use, product entry clicks and referral sources. Records may include a random visitor identifier, session identifier, page or button events, referring website, campaign parameters, device type, browser information and approximate location information supplied by network services. Before writing the IP value to analytics records, the server converts it into a salted hash.

These analytics use pseudonymous identifiers and are not completely anonymous. The analytics interface does not associate events with member accounts or collect form inputs as click analytics. Network and infrastructure services still need to process connection information required to handle requests.

The current analytics implementation respects browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You can also manage or clear this website’s storage through your browser. Doing so may remove sign-in sessions, language preferences and product continuation records. Clearing browser storage does not automatically delete records already held on servers or support platforms.

5. Service providers and external platforms

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery and request processing, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Resend for email delivery. These services process the information needed to perform their respective functions.

If you follow links to TradingView, Bilibili, YouTube, Telegram, QQ or other external platforms, or choose to contact us through them, their own privacy policies and service rules govern their processing. Destination platforms may also record referral information from recommendation or invitation links.

The website and related services rely on distributed infrastructure, and information may be processed outside your location. Processing locations depend on the infrastructure of the services used. Contact official support below if you have questions about processing for a specific service.

6. Retention and security

Retention needs depend on purposes such as account operation, providing access, handling support, resolving disputes and meeting applicable legal obligations. Different record types may have different retention arrangements; not every record is automatically deleted after one standard period.

The website uses account verification and access controls to restrict access to business information. No network service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials, change your password and contact official support if you suspect another person has accessed your account.

Signing out or clearing browser data does not close your account. Removing an account association does not necessarily delete email records, support conversations or business records that must be retained under applicable law.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to register or submit trial, partnership or support requests. Features that require the corresponding information may then be unavailable. You can reset your password through the website’s email recovery process.

To ask about, correct or obtain information relating to you, request account closure or deletion, or make another privacy request available under applicable law, contact official support. These requests are currently handled manually. To prevent impersonation, we may ask you to verify account ownership in a way proportionate to the request. We will not ask for your password or verification codes.

We will assess and respond to the request based on its scope, the records we hold and applicable requirements. If information is still needed to complete a service you requested, meet legal obligations or handle a dispute, we will explain the relevant scope and reason for not deleting it immediately. Deleting or restricting some information may affect your account and access services.

You may need to contact a third-party platform separately about information it holds independently.

8. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated as website features and data practices change. The latest revision date appears on this page. For significant changes, we will provide information appropriate to the change and applicable requirements.

For a privacy question or data request, contact our official Telegram support bot: @BullTradingOfficialBot and label your message “Privacy request.” Briefly identify the relevant website account and what you are requesting. Do not send passwords, verification codes or other authentication secrets.
